How do I place my first wholesale order?
Register a wholesale account, browse the catalog, add items to your cart and check out. For orders over 10 cartons we recommend requesting a quote first so we can apply the best tier pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer (T/T) and approved net terms for established partners.
How long does shipping take?
US warehouse stock ships within 48 hours and typically arrives in 2–5 business days. Factory-direct sea freight takes 25–40 days depending on destination; air freight 7–12 days.
What is your defect / replacement policy?
Report transit damage or manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we replace the affected units or credit your next order.
Do you support dropshipping or small trial orders?
Yes — mixed-SKU trial cartons are available for new partners evaluating the range before committing to volume.
Can I get marketing assets for my listings?
Approved partners receive licensed product images, videos, copy packs and seasonal campaign materials from the partner portal.
